1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Memory Motion, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Memory Motion is a web platform that allows users to upload photos and transform them into AI-generated video montages. The service uses Google Vertex AI for video generation and FFmpeg for video assembly.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must own or have the rights to all photos you upload.
  • You must not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. AI-Generated Content

Videos are generated using AI models. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may not always perfectly reproduce the original image. We do not guarantee specific results.

You retain ownership of your uploaded photos and the generated videos. Memory Motion does not claim any rights over your content.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Prices are displayed before payment and are charged in USD via Stripe.
  • Payments are final once processing has begun. If video generation fails entirely, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Contact privacy@memorymotion.app for refund requests.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.

7. Data Retention

Uploaded photos and generated videos are stored for 30 days after order completion. After this period, files may be permanently deleted. You are responsible for downloading your content within this timeframe.

8. Limitation of Liability

Memory Motionis provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
