When you use Memory Motion, we collect the following information:

• Account information: Email address, name, and profile picture (provided via Google or email sign-up).
• Photos you upload: Images you submit for video generation are stored securely and used solely to create your videos.
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and technical data (browser, device) to improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate AI-powered videos from your photos.
• To process payments and manage your orders.
• To send transactional emails (payment confirmation, order status, download links).
• To improve and maintain our service.

3. AI Processing

Your photos are sent to Google Vertex AI (Veo) for video generation. By using our service and checking the AI consent box, you acknowledge that your images will be processed by third-party AI models. Google processes this data according to their Cloud Privacy Notice.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS) and Google Cloud Storage. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. Generated videos are stored for 30 days after order completion, after which they may be deleted.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are an EU resident, you have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent for AI processing at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
